Hey BCTV! We’re back with Nikki Lee! This week Nikki is going to finish up her client by tweaking her color so it’s purposeful, intentional, and fits the cut from part one perfectly. Btw, if you missed Nikki’s chic cut, you simply must check it out; she talks all about the BeYOUtiful foundation as well! So... Nikki’s client has a ton of little baby lights throughout... and it’s not her fave look for someone with thick hair. Instead, Nikki is going to soften out all of the highlights, do a little root shadow(those baby lights go allll the way to the root and she’s definitely not having it), and add some pops of light to the front to really edge her look up. Oh, highlighted bangs?Nikki is going to tackle that too! Baby lights in the bangs can look a little dusty and it’s just not the best way to go. We’re loving all of Nikki’s techniques! They’re tailored perfectly for that thick haired client that’s wanting a fun pop of brightness. You’re going to have to tune in check everything out and of course to see the fabulous final look!

Hair stylist, salon owner, entrepreneur and mom, Nikki is a jill-of-all-trades. Whether she’s layering in some extensions, crafting the perfect blonde locks or touching up a deep brunette shade, she always makes her clients feel and look their best. Nikki went to beauty school in her hometown of Reno, Nevada. After she graduated, she went to Genesis Salon. When she moved to LA, she assisted at Fred Segal Beauty in Santa Monica, California. After opening Nine Zero One Salon with co-founder, Riawna Capri, they launched IN COMMON.
